ENDOSCOPIC BROWLIFT PLASTIC SURGERY
The brow and forehead area often show the first signs of age due to continuous pull of gravity over time as well as extent of your sun exposure. This results in sagging brow lines, furrows between the brows, forehead wrinkles, an overall "heaviness" of the upper third of the face, and often, an angry expression even while the face is at rest and you are not angry! WHAT IS ENDOSCOPIC BROW LIFT SURGERY?
Endoscopic Browlift Surgery is the newest and most advanced of procedures to rejuvenate the upper third of the face. Incisions are small and are one-half-inch to one-inch in length, are placed just behind the hairline, thus are not noticeable. This technique is less invasive than a traditional browlift, does not leave behind noticeable scarring, and results in a reduced chance of temporary scalp numbness.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING AND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING MY ENDOSCOPIC BROWLIFT PROCEDURE?
Endoscopic Browlift Surgery is performed under local anesthesia and light sedation. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis. It is normal to experience a degree of bruising and swelling from seven and up to 10 days post surgery. You may also experience temporary numbness, which is normal and will diminish quickly. Sutures will be removed within seven to 10 days post surgery.
ARE THERE ANY RISKS TO ENDOSCOPIC BROWLIFT SURGERY? WHAT IS MY RECOVERY TIME?
Dr. Slupchynskyj will advise you to avoid any strenuous activity, which includes but is not limited to lifting, straining and bending until he is confident you are healed. Dr. Slupchynskyj will also advise when you can return to normal activity, which for most patients, is within two weeks post surgery.
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS OF ENDOSCOPIC BROWLIFT SURGERY LAST?
Endoscopic Browlifts typically last from 10 and up to 15 years depending upon your age and health.
